My name is Simi George. I bought one Home theater system in T.V House at Alpy (Nexus) on Last year. ( I forgot that model No. now) Unfortunately 2 month back that is not working at all.
So i gave it for servicing on 29th of may.(T.V House) But still I don't get it repair.
I don't know why such a big & famous company don't have proper service ? You are loosing your customer. This may spread 1*100 people.
So kindly put an enquiry & do the necessary action as soon as possible.
