i had bought IFB 7 Kg fully automatic washing machine in jan 2009 with 4 years warranty. the machine got unserviceable on 09 nov 2010 , immediately i contacted the costomer service of IFB in Delhi who took my complaint and after 2 days sent their representative to check the machine , their rep after inspection informed me that a part of machine needs to be changed and would be changed the next day . he even gave me a complaint no which is 5411193. but today that is after 16 days no action has been taken by the company , despite my giving a ring and requesting them everyday . secondly their customer service operators have started talking rudely and not giving any worthwhile reply neither they are ready to give any phone no. of a responsible person in the company. The company is unnecessarily harassed me for none of my fault.
