I bought a microwave oven of IFB in October 2011 during Diwali season.but somehow this product is not working properly and infact i have register my complain on 23/12/2011 to there Customer care executive & they gave me a complain no i.e 7916249. after that they told me your problem will be solve in 24 hours only or some technician will visit in 24 hours. but i didn't get any call from them or no body have visited too. i am regularly following up with them when will my problem will be solved. and they again commit that same slogan 24 hours. daily i am following up with them & now i am pissed off. now want to take a legal action against them. please guide me.
