i have purchased a washing machine of IFB and now after 4 months it creates some problem . i have complaint there on 5th Sept and today is 20th Sept and till today they were saying parts are not available and no body is taking my problem seriously , they just extending days and saying parts are coming. i have talked to all the concerned persons and all of them were not taking any interest . plz help me soon and advise me what to do.
