I have a serious complaint regarding indiaplaza.com. It has duped me twice. First i ordered a pen online from them and never got it. every time i called them they said authorization is pending from bank's side. Then the customer care executive asked me to send the bank reference number for this transaction which I sent again receiving no updates from their side. i called them again the executive talked very rudely with me and asked me to go ahead and cancel the order to get the refund which I have not got for the last 2 months. ticket no. :CNT1201120256- order no. IN2212110436
Again i booked it as was told to me by the executive. I paid the amount again but have not got the order till now.Tickets have been kept open for a month now. ticket no. CNT1201120257. Order no. for this is: IN2011112062. the reply I got to the ticket was:
'Dear puneet gupta, We apologize for the delay in responding the query.We have forwarded the issue to our suppliers we will get back to you with the status in 3 days.'
another one:
'Dear puneetgupta, We apologize for the delay in responding the query.We have forwarded the issue to our suppliers we will get back to you with the status in 3 days. Thanks & Regards, Divya Bai customer support India Plaza Team'
after this i have called them several times. They kept me saying they will ship it but no response from their side. they even told me their senior would give me a call but never got it.
This indiaplaza is a complete fraud. People please do not order anything from them.
Please help me get my amount back.I have already spent more than 200rs on phone due to them and have undergone lot of mental harassment. I want them to be dragged to court and close their side forever as its a fraud.
