Dear sir,
I bought an LG Color TV in November 2011,from kanpur just after 15 days TV became faulty ,I submitted my complaint to LG customer care and after 20 days of continuous pursuance
they replaced some part in the TV,just after few days again the picture quality of the TV got worst but LG personnel are saying that there is no problem,poor picture quality is visible to each person except for LG people also their attitude toward the complaint is very poor .
The TV is under warranty period but since it is under fault since beginning can't I ask them to replace the TV
I am quite frustrated with their approach so please help.
