Dear sir,
I have the honour to inform you that I am purchasing a 600 VA UPSLB as per technical specification details mentioned by the company is on the out put of the inverter on UPS mode is 220 volts,but the out put of my inverter is above 295 volts.Inverter is in warranty period so I complaint the company.Company was sended the technician after verification he told that there is no option to decrese the output.again I complaint the company they are also told the same.
Tell me sir 295 +volts is safe for my precious electrical equipments,how the company mentions wrong technical specification like this,
