We bought an 22" LCD tv from Vijay sales-Borivali 1 year back,due to some reason our remote control got spoiled & we contacted the service centre at Goregaon for a new piece,to our shock it's been 2 months that they are getting a new remote from New Delhi,whenever we call them it's the same repeated answer that it's been awaited.Our family friend wanted to buy a 32" tv & when they approched me for suggestion our first answer was never buy from Moser Bear since there service is Pathetic,hoping to get some early responce with a solution,or else we have no other way but to go to Consumer court-Mumbai.We have contacted the service centre as given below,
