Just one more complaint gainst a deaf & dumb company, " Haier". The most pathetic service one can ever imagine, I bought a Haier AC 3 years back for approx. 17000, since then I have invested 11000 more into it, just expecting each time (For repairing only), that it should be the last one. 5 time the gas filling has happened, coil has been changed, and now compressor is also going to be changed. Moreover, this company has so much of the attitude that they care the least about you and your issue.

I feel like totally harassed today by this company.....No more words to say, but just a suggestion, pleeeeeease don't ever buy any Haier product, 3 days back Haier support agent took my AC with assurance they will get it rectified within 12 hours, and today one of them replied" Hum yahan aapki sunne ke liye nahi baithe hain....Abhi 6-7 din aur lagenge,".......I fet like banging my head then and there....but it seems nothing can be done aginst these frauds. :-(

You people are a useless bunck of jerks and are good for nothing.
Also, nothing is going to happen if I call you or mail you.
If you just check your records I have called you people more than 100 times in last 3 months, and still today I am searching for a "Kabaadi Wala" to sell off your MASTERPIECE. You people are giving warranty of 5 years on compressor, my sincere request don't do it because other things will not work for even 3 years for which customer would pay you again and again.
Sorry, but this is the actual status of your Company and it's products, I still wonder, in this Era when other companies are looking for various methods to woo their customers by their Service, How come Companies like yours can even afford to do such blunders.
