I contracted a photographer for the complete coverage of my Marriage Ceremony. The contract covered shooting video and photographs for the entire ceremony and finally providing me with the DVD and albums for the same. The photographer did provide me with DVD's and hardcopy of Albums but when i am asking for the soft copy version of the same he is denying and is asking for additional charges for each one of the photograph.

In olden days there was a practice to provide the negatives for the photographs but now this photographer is neither handing me with the negatives nor is giving me the softcopy of them.

Do tell me my further course of action and my right for the case in perspective.
