Hi,
i am using bangalore vodafone number(9916959157).Two weeks before i lost the outgoing sms service.i called the customer care and asked regarding thing.They dint give any responsible reply.
After five days only they told the exact reason for that, like, "They borred the out going SMS service becuse once i had a negative balance".But after recharging my number with sufficent balance, i had the same problem ,again i called them.Again they told ," it's problem with the system , please wait for some time " .Again i waited, but the same problem i had.

Again i called the customer care, they told like this,


first day, " Sir , we cleard your problem , please wait one hour ". But they dint do anything.

second day, "Sir we cleard your problem, surely you will get SMS service ,please waint for two hours" .But the same state.

This contined for all this week days..No improvement and No responsible reply from them.

i am tottaly depressed with this problem.. i am very upset..


They need to answer for all these troubles... Pls help me.
