I'm Rohit Sharma I have purchaged a Wespro Camcoder and along with I got a
free Mp3 player Which was not working well so sent it to Wespro service
center in Zirakpur(Jeeves Consumer ServicesPvt Ltd).
I gave the Mp3 player on 22/12/2009 bill No-10971. Till Today I didnt get
any positive responce from you (Wespro). when ever I call them they said it
is in Banglor and else I do not have any information. Its been 8 months.

I called at wespro head Office at +91-22-24955245. I had a word with Jenny
She want me to send a Fax on Chalana copy which is given to me by Jeeves
Consumer ServicesPvt Ltd.

Please check the file attached.

Please replace the product(MP3 player)

*Wespro has a very good brand name but poor customer service.*
