I have purchased the Samsung Digital Camera Model S500, cyber 530, serial no 966082604 in jan 2007,

after that it was working good for some days, then even if full charged batteries are put in then also it was

showing low battery, and the same I have submitted to the Samsung customer care on 24/08/2010 in

Porvorim, Goa, but till know they didnt call me regarding the problem, I have went to them personally for 2

times they said they are busy, and if I call they will replay the same answer, and i called the customer

care by phone they raised the complaint and the BP number is 8416652378. If this is the service they are

providing then I will never ever purchace any item of them and also tell others not to.
