I have Samsung Home Theater HT TX 25 which I purchased 2.5 years back. Two months back I have given the same to Samsung Service Center in BTM Layout Bangalore for repair. After two months the service guys came back saying that they do not have the spare part and hence can not service. They offered me the so called 'Commercial Offer' saying that they will give the depreciated value of the home theatre and take back the home theatre. When argued that I do not want to take this offer their response was simple we will not be able to service and this is the only option available.

Any suggestion how I can get the necessary service from Samsung.
