    Default Samsung TV Installation issues

I decided to purchase a 40 inch Samsung LED TV during Diwali sales and before buying the TV from store, I wanted to do an online search and see if I would get good deal online. I did find a good deal online and so decided to buy through online. But before buying and while I was at the store, I called up Samsung Customer Care and checked if I BUY the TV from India, would I get installation free of cost. They promised me that as long as the TV is bought from India, the installation is free.

Trusting their words, I went ahead and bought the TV online and called Samsung Customer Care to schedule for installation. After following up with them for more than a week, they finally sent and engineer to do the install. He came at night and proceeded with the install and drilled a large hole in my rented house and installed the TV. While plugging the TV for final inspection, he found that the plug was of different type and he called up his superior and after some discussion between them, they told me that they cannot do the install free of cost since the TV is not manufactured in India. Now, this was the first time I was aware of the condition that the TV needs to be manufactured in India for the installation to be done free. I tried to reason with them what I was told, but they wouldn't listen.

I mailed Samsung India and International head about my situation and they promised to look into the matter. But its been more than a week since I sent the mail and nothing has happened so far. I am posting this in this forum as a last effort to get some response from them.

If anyone is planning to buy Samsung TV, be fore warned about their after-sales support.

Default Reg : Inverter Or UPS

    Dear Sir,

19 Months back I bought Inverter for my home from renga power world, palaniappa complex, 6 karur bye pass road, Trichy. Total Cost of Inverter is around 16500 Rupees. At that time told "after 18 month only you need to change the distilled water". Two days back we noticed there is no such option to put distilled water in my battery, then we called to that shop and told everything but they told simply you need to change the battery. but at that time of purchasing they didnt told like that. no one can buy a battery with short life right.. Please look in to this issue and resolve the same.

    Regards,

Exclamation Non Installation of Manatec Paint Booth

We have purchased a Manatec paint booth costing Rs.7,00,000.00 on 25th October, 2011, the equipment was delivered to our workshop namely HIGHWAY GARAGE on 14th of November,2011 after full and final payment. It was promised that the cost was inclusive of installation and it will be done at the earliest. But to our discomfort the service engineer came for installation nearly after a month and found that six spares of the equipment was missing which was immediately informed to higher authorities of the manufacturer. After a week a letter came from Manatec that we have to pay for the missing spares as the have delivere exactly 72 pieces but in the delivery challan which was received by us it was mentioned 1set.
After telephonic discussion with the Regional Manager of the company he assured that we will not have to pay anything and the equipment will be installed at the earliest. Since the delivery of the equipment more than 2 months have elapsed and we have given several reminders by telephone and email but nothing has happened so far.I am posting this in this forum as a last effort to get some response from them.

If anyone is planning to buy Manatec Equipment s, be fore warned about their after-sales support.
