I have a Sony Bravia 32" TV. On January 11, 2012 it suddenly went blank and there was no power at all. I called the Service center and after a few follow up calls the technician showed up after 3 days. He told me that this was a minor glitch and fixed something in 30 minutes and left and charged me Rs 750/-. After he left in 30 minutes the TV again conked off and again there was no power. I immediately called after he left but I hwas told that it will be a new call. Its now been 5 days and I am still waiting for the technician to show up. It is pathetic that a SONY technician could not fix the problem. We are an elderly couple and have been without a TV for over 8 days. Its a shame also to know that the service is so bad. Will never buy a SONY again.
