Dear sir/madam

I have brought SONY CYBER SHOT Camera from BOLPUR dated on 04/04/2010.After 2/3
month I have seen few spot on the lance area. I have all ready talked regarding this problem with SONY Service Center at 32 Hazra Rd (Kolkata),and I talked with shop owner, and also talked with customer care and send some mail as per Sony service center. But yet I not get any proper information fromC.C.Both of them(Sony service center and c.c)told me talk over there and getting puzzled last few days. So my request to you that please help me out to replace the lance area and what ever
you can do your best. Hope you will give a kind look in my request and give me the help.
