Hi,

I have bring the sony digicam from Croma in Thakur mall Mira Road east mumbai and i didn't use the cam till july from the date of purchasing.
Now file a complain againt the sony digcam in 10th July 2010,till now they didn't get back to me but when i reached them they told me that the problem is there in the software and some parts is not available so when they got the parts they will revert to me.
Today is almost more than 25 day's are gone but i didn't get any informatio about my sony digicam.
Please let me whether they have to give me a new digicam and what i have to do for it...
Please advise.
