I bought new Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc on 30/04/2011 from Glitch Systems, G3,Vishwa Sadan,Janak Puri District Center,New Delhi-58 for Rs.28,000/-
The handset got problem of getting restarted while putting on charge.I lodge complain on June 11, 2011 with Mobile Gallery & Services,UG 26,Suneja Tower 2,Janak Puri, District Center,011-45272737 Workorder No. is SE31178011543. They took handset and told me that you will get it by 16 days. I asked them for stand alone handset, but they refused. Then I requested customer care via request no. 90537069 for replacing handset, but till today I did not get any response. Again I requested them (same request no.) if they can not replace it, try to get repaired before 15 days because I dont have any other handset. Till today the handset is not replaced and not even repaired.
I frequently phoned customer care, they told me handset is not getting repaired because part is not available. Today 04-07-2011 they told me it will take more 10 days.
I want compensation for that, what shall I do.
