I purchased a 2GB walkman on 30/8/09 which is not working properly.
just after few months the earphones stopped working and were replaced under warranty
then after a few days there was a major display problem which was again solved under warranty but since then the original sound quality is completely missing.
sound quality has deteriorated.
I tried twice but the walkman was send back by the company itself with a tag of 'OK'
I don't what has happened to the walkman after it's recovery from the display problem because since then the sound quality is irritating
just a month is left for the warranty period to get over
I need that original sound quality back in my walkman
the company is not ready to accept this problem,i don't know why the send it back twice with a 'OK' tag
will the company help me or not??![]()
