My self Anil Kumar Panda. My d2h customer id is 8569348. I have purchased a satellite LCD on 16.04.2010. The LCD model no. is 2201. In this model when i used in cold/rainy weather or in A/C room after 20 minutes the moisture have been created inside the glass. When i tell this problem to your customer care they have been registered my complain and tell me our service engineer was go to your home with in 48 hours. In next day your service engineer was come to my home and see this problem and tell me your LCD panel is problem. After 2 days they can change my LCD panel and they say your problem was solved. Then after 5 days the problem was repeated. Then i tell to customer care and once again my complain was registered. Then second time engineer will come and say problem in your cabinet glass and after 20 days they can change cabinet glass. Then after few days the problem will again repeat. Once again i have complain customer care they have register my complain again. Then engineer will come to my home they can say your LCD was totally manufacturing defect and the total LCD was replaced quickly. Last 3 months i will complained again and again but they have no response. When i tell the customer care about this problem they have only registered the complain but they have no response. When i go to our local service center they can say company was not response about your problem so what i do? They have totally no response.
