Purchased a Videcon fridge Model code FF233SSVAL Item description VIDEOCON REF FF233SSVAL from KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO PVT. LTD., Vashi on the 30th April,2010. After two days the said fridge stopped cooling. After complaining the mechanic set it right by putting a button on near the fridge light. After two weeks again the fridge stopped cooling. After several complains to the dealer Kohinoor and the call center of Videocon a mechanic was sent on Friday the 28th May '10 who said that ice was forming and to put off the fridge and keep the door open and he would come the next day, but till date we have no news of the mechanic nor any news from Videocon or the dealer.
I have been given some telephone nos. from the call center but to no avail can the person in charge can be contacted.
I request you to kindly see if we can get the said fridge exchange for a better quality or something done at your earliest as you are aware that in this heat all the food has gone spoilt and had to be thrown in the bin.
I earnestly request you to come to my assistance at the earliest.
