Dear Sir,

I have registered the complained for my Window A/C on 04 Aug'2010 & there is still no one to listen to our complained whnever we call them they tell us that your complained will be done today but since one month has been passed there is no one to listen to our side.

I request you people to please help me getting my money back as I am not at all interested any more to deal with this company for any of there products...

Also I request the people never go in to purcahse any product of this Company VIDEOCON


If purchased then you will also be keep on complaining & there is no listen to you.
