Sir, We've purchased a voltas 2 star ac (1 tn) on 5th may, 10. It was producing loud noise on the same day. We registered a complaint on the same day (complaint no. 10My0503727). It sparked on the next day. Company men came twice with no solution. Taken the ac back. And returning the repaired one. But it was totally defected piece. We are suffering a lot. They are torturing us mentally to take the same piece. We want replacement of that defected piece by new ac.

You should file legal complain in court against voltas, they guys are just fooling people and wasting their time as well as money. On other hand, I suggest you to try other brands, as there are much better brands like Daikin India, Hitachi, Samsung etc available in the market. AC is a very expensive product and to spend so much money on voltas is foolishness.
