Sir,
I have purchased Voltas Platina split AC from M/s Arvee Enterprise, Lajpat Nagar 110014, on 1st May 2011.Since from last month my AC is not working there is some power fault in the new ac, I requested to the Customer care to change the ac but they refused to change the ac and asked me to book an complaint. Than i complained under complaint no. 110C0703218 to the Company's toll free no. 18004254555 but nothing has been done, then i again complaint many times on the same complaint no. but there is no response from the service centre,
So Sir kindly look into the matter and plzzz take necessary action against the company so that i can't suffer any more.
