I have Purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator on 21-11-09.
Unfortunatlt the product is not wokring properly moreov er not able to meet the basic requirements.
I am facing a regular cooling problem i.e either over cooling resulting icing in vegtables resulting spoiling them or under cooling againg sopiling the stored products. Till now i have made 3-4 complaints to customer care all the technicians attended have given their own ilogical reasons. Recently they have filled in new regfrigerant(gas).
But I am worried that in 6 months i have to call 4 times to rectify the problem and problem is still there.
What to do now, can get the refrigeratoar replaced as it is in waranty.
