I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine on 12/2/2010 & till date this machine has been performing poorly unlike the reputation of whirlpool products. This machine has been attended at regular intervals by service engineers under various complaint numbers for different faults; the latest one being 1010015394 dated 18.10.2010 ,which is still pending. Several telephonic reminders have failed to yield desired results.
I request immediate replacement of the faulty machine with a latest semi automatic model.
