i got a problem in my onida washing machine two months back and i am complaining since then to their customer care ,they are talking nice but no result .
My washing machine motor gone bad and since last two months three times mechanics came see the problem and ---------------------------vanish-------------------------- .no response as my machine is under warranty also that time so no one seems to be interested to take it seriously as they have to do it free of cost ,i believe this system should be changed what is the fun of getting the customer with the lucrative add . Actually these company should be charged with heavy penalties as -----------------------------------cheating the customers-----------------------------------------------------due to this lot of mental pressure comes on individual .now a days inflation is killing middle class person and these companies like this even aggravating the situation and making the life worst for a human.
