Account closing date in CIBIL
after paying all the dues on my credit card of ICICI bank, they are not giving a closing date of my card in CIBIL, though they have permanently blocked the card. Status of CIBIL in card showing Settled , will it affect my credit rating in future? should bank should give a closing date in CIBIL? please give the opinion so that I can correspond to bank, and then to ombudsmen and consumer forum if they do not respond.
waiting for expert opinions..
