As this is my worst experience that i have ever faced while applying for Loan

The company Name is Airfare Capital Investments Solution organization which is placed
only in SCF: 04, Extension – 06, Sunny Enclave, Kharar District: -Mohali (Punjab)

This is the Details of the company as there is only one place where this company branch is located

First of all in the month of April i was looking for a personal Loan i was contacted By one of the loan person
Name - xxxxxxxx and was told about this Company as it is in market since many years and have disbursed many personal loan and the rate of interest was low .

After that i was asked to submitt all the Loan Documents that is require for a personal loan
as this is not my first Loan i was applying so i had even given my earlier loan NOC ( no objection Certificate ) after paying all theEMI without Bounce of any other obligation

After that i was asked to submit all the Loan Documents that is require for a personal loan
as this is not my first Loan i was applying so i had even given my earlier loan NOC ( no objection Certificate ) after paying all theEMI without Bounce of any other obligation

After all the Documentation i was asked to pay a sum of Rs 2500 for processing the loan application as this was the company rule ( i dont know the why they charge this Amount )

after that i waited for the cheque to debited from my A/c for a sum of Rs - 2500 .
Then i Got a call from the company representative verifying for the Documents that i have submitted
after that i got another call for verification from an legal office about the Loan.

Then i got an Sanctioned letter from the company saying that i was approved with the loan Amount
and i have to pay a sum of Rs - 5540 for Processing charges ( i dont know why this is charged )

Then i had to Pay even the Sum of Rs 5540 /- as a processing fees and was told that there will be a verification from legal office in regards with my bank A/c and and transaction that is happening with my A/c and hence i would be given the DD for the applied Loan

after a week 's time as i was waiting for the loan there was another requirement asking for a Co - applicant and utilization statement for personal Loan ( I wonder why is this utilization statement required for personal Loan ) then i had to arrange this both which was not told in early stage of loan

That is The Co- applicant should be a Govt employee and should fetch a sum of 15 K as take home
even i had to full fill this need to the company as i had no other option as i have already payed money and even waiting for the loan DD to be taken .

Then after a week i was told that the loan DD is ready the legal office will be coming to bangalore on 6 june 2011 and then the agreement would be signed and the DD would be handed over

I was very tensed and as it was almost 2 months since i had applied for Loan now was wondering
will there be any other problem that i have to face .

after 2 days i was told that to pay a sum of Rs - 7500 /- in the form of cash and not in the form of cheque

then i was forced to pay a Rs - 7500 / in cash and told that this amount has to be given to the legal officer for his transport charges ( I was shocked to know this as any company will bear employee transport charges for giving the Loan ) then after a weeks wait again i was asked to pay a sum of Rs 8000 /- charges not known and was not told by the person he just told me that if i want the DD i would have to pay this amount to legal office when he is come to bangalore.

as i was told that legal office will be coming to bangalore on 6 JUNE 2011 and the amount of Rs 8000 to be paid as there is some problem in the Documents for the DD to be given

As i even paid this amount the reason was that i was i very BAD need for the money as my parent was hospitalized for a serious cause then i had no other option rather that to pay this amount as i need to money for the medical expenses

as today is 14 june and after that i have been contacting the Airfare Capital Head office and the legal office and the local person who had loged the loan application . THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM ANY PERSON AND NEITHER THERE IS A CURTSY FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE HEAD OFFICE HOW TO RESPOND TO THE CUSTOMER.

Now since yesterday i have been trying to contact the people in Head off of AIRFARE CAPITAL to know the status of the Loan i have been misgulded in many ways .

There is a total of Rs - 23540 /- which i have paid for the Loan people and still i have no proper communication weather i will be getting the loan or no

As now i have been fed up with this Company

Dear people pls Advice me how to take my money back from this company as i am in very urgent of money
