I want to bring to your attention a complaint that I’ve about Axis Bank’s customer service. Below are the details.
I am a home loan customer. My loan was disbursed on July 20, 2010, and until today I’ve not received any documentation from bank. Documentation may include
- Home loan papers from bank
- Internet user ids and password
- House Insurance papers
I’ve dropped numerous emails to customer service and called them many times. All my calls have ended with a call back promise, which never happened. I’ve not received any favorable response from bank’s customer service department. I am really disappointed with the kind of service being provided and don't know what to do to get my papers.
All I am asking for is documentation, which should have been sent to me without my asking in first place. I seriously don’t understand why Bank is unable to provide the same.
