Hi ,

I am a Cognizant Employee and applied for a home loan of Rs 10 lakh from AXIS Bank , Koyekhali Branch . The loan would have been used to purchase a apartment from JMD Construction , of which my father Vishnu Goyal is a partner. My father posses the power of attoney to sell the apartments as a promoter. The Bank was provided with all these details at the very beginning. The bank however sanctioned the loan , and deducted Rs 5000/- from my account as a processing fee. However now , the manager rejects the loan as he thinks it to be internal funding and tells that I will be refunded the amount in certain period of time.

A lot of time and effort was wasted as I trusted the bank with its terms . Also , a unavoidable loss in terms of time and expense has occured to me which would delay my possesion of the apartment . Also , the processing Fees has not be refunded.

I want the bank to dispatch the loan as promised earlier. In case , if the policies doesn't permits to give the loan , then I demand a compesation for the Unfair Sanction of Loan and charging the customer without any basis.Also , since my father is not the owner , nither of the land nor apartment , I am unable to understand why Bank is not able to dispatch a check in the Name of JMD Construction.
