This is Dukanam.Naveen Kumar i have taken a Refridgerator on 26-01-2011 in an EMI Offer(1542*10=15420) for which i have produced all the Required docs asked by the Executives like Residence Proof ID,Credit Card Xerox & HDFC Cheque and at the time of opting the product i have opted for ECS . But in the month of March i got a call from Bajaj Finance that they are unable to process ECS due to some Technical process and requested for the Cash payment and i have done the Same for all the 10months and now this blady buggars on 23-Dec-2011 i got a call from the Number(040-65891687) and they informed that all EMIs are cleared but still there is a pending of Cheque bounce charges 3785/- and iasked the Executive(Padma) what is this Cheque bounce charges got rised and mentioned her that it is a Mistake from there End and why didnt you or your Collection Executive as informed it before when there was cheque bounces in my account and from my end i want to be Clear that i was really not aware that Bajaj Finance people are processing ECS on my Bank account and leving cheque bounce Charges which was not at all informed till date Hence i Request the Concerned Authorities to look into this issue
