I have bought a LCD TV on 18th October. My BajajFinServLending CD loan A/C number is4040CD00144474. I have paid 2 advance EMIs and opted for ECS option for the remaining 8 EMIs. My EMI for this loan started on 5th Dec 2010 and ended on 5th July 2011. But BajajFinServ record shows that I have bought TV in March 2011, EMI started in May 2011 and will go until Feb 2012. Also they have opened two accounts for this transaction. I observed this difference and raised a correction request in BajajFinServLending.in. They responded saying, we are closing one loan account and need not pay any thing to that. But they did not correct the starting and ending dates of the other loan account. Even after giving all the docs (TV Invoice, bank statements from where ECS debit happend) multiple times to their collection agenets and after perusing with them through lot of emails/phone calls/customer care requests/visitsto the bank, they finally agreed that it is their mistake and gave me the NOC certificate. But even now they did not correct their Repayment track recored. As per this track record, their collection agents still asking me to pay the EMI. Also my case went to the civil records and I got a legal notice couple of months back. I approched the Lawer who sent the letter and they said that I have to close it with the BajajFinServ. Now I got a letter from the court saying I have to attend before the court on 20th January 2012. Also it affected my credit rating very badly. Recently my Home loan got rejected stating that I have a civil record from BajajFinServ with very bad rating (I am not sure why the banks only look at the civil report, but not the proofs submitted by the consumer and always give benfit of doubt to the banks. Probably banks got this weapon with full powers to the baks and consumer is the sufferer even there is no mistake from consumer. There should proper punishment to the banks for their mistakes as well). I have again sent an e-mail to wecare@bajajfinserv.com with all the proofs and NOC asking to correct their records, remove the civil report and informed that failing to correct their records and removing from civil records I will file a consumer case. I got an automated response with the request number. But I did not get any response from them.
Please help me in resolving this issue and get back my good credit rating back.
I have already lost a very good deal of my home and I don't want loos any more because of this.
