Subject: A Complain Against SF.No: 1270400 To Finance LG L.C.D.
Dear Sir/Madam,
With Due Respect this Mr. Chandra Praksh Singh want to purchase a LG LCD 42",Having Cost 55k, For that i went to dealer(Ganesham) of Udaipur at 30-07-10,I paid Rs.13630 cash and Receive a Confirmation Message From Bajaj Finance with
SF NO.1270400. And they call me to take LCD on morning 31-07-10 but when i went to take LCD they call in my office for inquiry, but due to Saturday no body was there to receive the phone.They forbid me to deliver LCD after that i took my case back and went to my room.
At monday morning i go to every dealer of Udaipur but Bajaj Finance do not agree to finance me.My question is why? How you proof me a Defaulter? Even I submitted all the Formalities.For complain it i call to helpline no. 18001030333, 2 times but instead of giving response they just cut the call, And now the position is helpline no. don't completed with my mob.what is this?
I believe in the name of Bajaj, My car was also insured with Bajaj Allianj since 2008.All the electronic equipments i m having having in my room Brand with Bajaj. But this type of Problem first time i faced.Doesn't matter i don't need that LCD.You just tell me the reason of Being Defaulter? Dear sir i had purchased my vehicle from bajaj auto from vadodara Gujarat which got seized from the the company without informing the customer (me) i had cased a file in near by police station when the police man told me to get the the rc book from bajaj auto when i had gone to meet the finance person near bu the showroom he informed me that u vechile had seized by tham i have purchased by vechile in mid of april i have already paid one installment and 2 installment where left kindlt help me out in my matter

I bought a XCD125 on bajaj finance loan on 16th December ,2008 my , I gave them 16 cheque my last payment was due on April 2010,
But it was not debited from my account now in the month of September when I have lot of financial crisis they are asking for the cheque
kindly give me a reason why should I give you the cheque when I have already given u post dated cheques for the same ,this It will create lot
of problems for me right now, so kindly see to the problem and issue me the NOC & track record for the same .

My loan EMI had been collected by your agent but EMI of september month had collected by agent and also collected with my bank account. That means two numbers of EMI collected in september month. That type of activity are not lie in rules. please take necessary action about that activity.

Sir , Myself Vilas Devidas Wakil have baught Bajaj CT 100 Reg No MH30S3584 under proposal No 50362 dated 17/11/05 . The PDC for Aug was submitted in Feb that is in advance which was bounced by the bank and i had to pay fine for the mistake made by the company. Please guide.What to do.

Dear sir,
I am sreenivas rao.v, bought a pulsur 150 cc bike with the finance of ur company in FEB 2010.(Loan accont no L2WHYD00402190).i also paid 6 EMI `S(Rs 3798pm) Rs 22,788 + 17315(principal paid)=Rs.40,103 in total.But my bike was seized on 09/01/2011.i visted ur branch office sec`bad 7 times. At last i met Mr.padam krishna mohan and i requseted him to release my bike with the payment of all my dues(4EMIS RS. 15192).i showed 2 employs surity to the regular payment of future instalments.But he demanded me to pay Rs 52,176(withRs 6600 as fine)on the spot or he wants to sell my bike for whatever the auction price.Actually i need to payRs 30,384/8 EMIS.
I would like to request u to respond in positve way to get out of this matter and i promise u to pay all my future instalments witout any disturbence. if u put it on auction it may b loss to the customer(me) and to the company.same i infomed to the above but rudely rejected.they advised me its better to loose my bike,all the spares might b changed.This is not the right way to the reputed company like bajaj.i would like u to respond immediately to get my bike back. if u do justice in this matter i must b thankful to u.
