I took a loan from Bajaj Auto Finance for my bike Avenger. Loan account no. L2WNOI01125096. I paid the entire amount and foreclosed my account however because of the the Bajaj people forgot to put hold on my ECS and as a result my ECS got deducted. I have been tired of calling their customer care and writing mails however no revert. finally I get a refund but not the entire amount. Also my bank deducted charges because of the negligence of Bajaj Finance. The customer officer who was at fault Mr. Balkrishna Khurana is now not taking my calls and has been extremely un cooperative. I want to take some strict actions. Even after fulfing all the procedures I am facing this extreme harrasment.

Ms. Ruchita, You need to talk with higher authority of company. Kind for your information, if you raise this issue in consumer court, court may order to Bajaj Auto Finance to compensate you. But to register complaint you will have to spend 1000/- INR as fee of court. There is no need of lawyer in consumer court and the process is very easy. But it is time taking process and take 8-9 months but the chances of compensation are approx 90%. Here I would like to complaint against Bajaj Auto Finance Secunderabad branch Collection Team Lead Srinivas. The details are given bellow.
My Loan no: L2WHYD00603392 and I had called and requested Secundrabad branch team to provide my loan details from Mumbai on Thursday (24th Nov, 2011) then they have told me that my outstanding amount is Rs12002.00(EMI 8902,Penalty 3100) and will get at least 50% discount on penalty if I pay outstanding amount at their branch only and told me to come down to their (Secunderabad) office to get the Loan Track immediately and NOC in 7-10 days.
So, I went to Secunderabad from Mumbai and I met receptionist then he called another employee name Kiran and he suggested me to go for discount (50%) and NOC will be provided on Thursday. But I had asked him that I want My Loan Track statement immediately even if you want I will pay whole outstanding amount (Rs 12002.) without discount then he called his Team Lead (Srinivas) and gave phone to me and he told me like I am the right person to give the Loan Track Statement on Monday first hour itself and they both has played high drama and put pressured on me to take that discount (50%) and gave me 100% guaranty to provide that statement on Monday first hour( I don’t know what the exact benefit they got if I go to discount on outstanding amount) . Then I was totally confused and scared with their words and I have paid the amount Rs.10452.00 on 26th November 2011 to kiran and took the receipt for the same and attached.
In last two weeks, I have called the Secunderabad Collection Team Lead many times and requested for my Loan Track statement then he used to tell me like I will send it to your mail id in another half hour or hour. I have told them that what the importance of that document for me is.
But there is no closed statement till now and I suspected them and called to customer care and enquirer for my details and they told me that my outstanding amount is still same i.e.Rs.1500+ that means they have cheated me. The persons (who have embittered me) details are bellow:

its almost 12 days and there is no response yet and i am really fedup with their service.
Even customer care also not giving exact details about this.
It is a kind request; could you please take necessary actions on them?
