Hi,
I had purchased a LED and had it financed from Bajaj FInance and had submitted all my relevant documents and after a peroid of one month i recieve a call stating that ECS mandate was not recieved by the company when i aruged with them and when asked letter which would state that the ECS mandate not recived it took around 15 days and several call where been made for the payment, when asked where the ECS mandate would be the company simply denied the presence of ECS mandate and now in the month of Dec the bank acoount is credtied with the EMI, and I receive a legal notice that the DEC month EMI is due and was not cleared due to insufficent funds.

Now was the ECS mandate with the finance compnay????? and how could it automatically appear in my bank????????
