I have applied for a loan account number 4040CD00151023 .

i have fore closed the loan before one month which is Nov 2011 ,
i send a mail for that i got NOC also .

again money got deducted after that in Dec 2011 .
no one from customer care is bothered to respond to my Query also .
Whom should i approach for this ??
