Three months back I had visited Summer Aircon Shoppe Lajpat Nagar for purchasing an Ac HItachi.So i got it financed from Bajaj Finance I gace Bajaj Finance Representative my id proofs and two cheques. But the ac sent at my place was a burnt out piece. So it was returned that very very evening to the shopkeeper Sunil Sharma. And we did not take any product from them . I told Dushyant and Akshay to close my loan account file and return my cheques and my documents. But they did not do soeven after promising. That very day I had send a mail to bajaj finance department narrating the whole incident. But they did not do so. they had transacted my sb account for the amount of rs 2650. I have been regularly recieving calls from bajaj finance people for paying emis.Miss Anjali had cal thatled from bajaj finance I told her the whole incident and she promised me that she would take action against Dushyant and Akshay. I need not worry thiswas about month back . She made me talk to her senior Mr Siddharth and he also promised that they shall close theloan account in two days .And I wont recieve any calls or messages egarding this loan accountno4010CD00117438 Customer ID .they have still not closed my accoun and they charged my sb hdfc bank account for rs 2650.
I request you to help me out with this case immediately. i have been mailing them regularly but there is no response.
