Iam iam having lot of issues with bajaj finance, i tried contacting them using the contact number on invoice but none of them work all of them are out of service, i have been sending email with queries till date never got a response apart from the auto generated emails, i have send as many as 8 emails, but no responce yet, below is one such e-mail, please go through it you will understand the entire situation.

This has been an going issue with my both loan accounts, intially when i started the loan account I did maintain enough funds for ecs transfer however the amount was never debited from my bank account, collections team called me and informed that due to technical difficulties you guys are not able to debit the amount requested for cash payment to the collection executive which in turn i did promptly though the collection executives keep delaying the appointments and never turn on time, this went for close to 4-5 months then i did not got any response from the collection department and now with out my knowledge they have tried to perfrom an ecs transaction again since collection executive kept coming in and i was not informed about ecs i did not maintain any funds in the bank account hence the cheque was bounced and the penalty charges are added to my account and i do see that there are many late payment charges added to my account i always promptly gave money to collections excecutives , why are the late payment charged to my account ? why should i pay for your inconsisntent money recovery procedure, few months you send executive and few months with out my knowledge you try for ecs clearence.


Never got responce for this query and more over it happened again, ideally they are suppose to debit the amount in the first week of every month, in month of May they have tried to perfrom ecs on 24th may.. iam pissed trying to contact them to get it fixed, please help.......... i dont want to end up paying latepayment,penalty charges unnecessary.. and it is also impacting my credit history.... please help

At monday morning i go to every dealer of Udaipur but Bajaj Finance do not agree to finance me.My question is why? How you proof me a Defaulter? Even I submitted all the Formalities.For complain it i call to helpline no. 18001030333, 2 times but instead of giving response they just cut the call, And now the position is helpline no. don't completed with my mob.what is this?
I believe in the name of Bajaj, My car was also insured with Bajaj Allianj since 2008.All the electronic equipments i m having having in my room Brand with Bajaj. But this type of Problem first time i faced.Doesn't matter i don't need that LCD.You just tell me the reason of Being Defaulter? I thought lets give a last chance and called Mr. Panchal few day back, he was in GAO with the bajaj team........
Once he was back he even called me (that was a surprise!!!) and said that he was not aware that nobody has contacted me and since i had not followed on the same he assumed that the issue was sorted out????
Still he said and s called followed up and told me that he has checked the details and have got the revert from the head office and will get back to me. This call is also now more than a week. I don't know even this mail is going to work or not.
Mr. Dharmesh Panchal please atleast pick my calls which you hae stoped picking up.

I am sure if you people care for the customer, you will extend the warranty for 6 more moths due to your delay.

I WAS BEEN ASKED TO CONTACT THE FINANCE PERSON AT THE DESK AT CROMA HIMALAYA MALL FROM WHERE I HAD BOUGHT THE PC.



THERE WAS NO ANSWER FROM THE PERSON AND WAS VERY RUDLY ASKED TO CONTACT THE OFFICE AS IT WAS NOT BOUGHT THRU THE PERSON WHO WAS SITTING THERE AT THAT MOMENT.



I WAS FORCED TO VISIT YOUR OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD, NAVARANGPURA AND HAD SPOKEN TO MR. DHARMESH. HE ASKED TO SEND ME A MAIL WITH THE DETIALS, WHICH I HAD DONE ON THE SAME DAY. RESULT BIG ZERO,



I AM STILL FOLLOWING THE SAME WITH HIM BUT END RESULT IS STILL A BIG ZERO



I REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANY FAITH OR TRUST THAT MY PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVED.

I had taken loan from Bajaj finanance (Consumer loan), have already paid all the amount and have recd closure letter from the bank in January, inspite of that understood from my bank that Bajaj finanace was depositing the PDC cheques in my bank icici (Which were given to them atthe time of getting loan ) till July. and now i am facing problems for getting new loan from other banks.

I am also a consumer like you, Please make note of following things in future. Which will resolve this problem permanently for all your queries.

1. Before going for loan, check who is financing.
2. Go google and check for the reviews of the concerned finance company, do not haste to purchase.
3. If you find that there are certain reviews but not much serious, then concentrate on people's problems they faced before. Prepare your groundwork not to fall in such problems.
4. And last but not the least, I always prefer co-operative banks for loans. Even if they are slower, they are not pathetic atleast like these people. So go to a co-operative bank near you, they also finance for consumer durables. Spend time for their approval, If it is your bank then you must have developed certain relations with them. More the customer care, more the pathetic, please remember this concept in case of banks, finance companies.

I recently availed of a consumer loan from Bajaj FinServ, for which I was told it was a promotional offer and there was no processing fee, etc. I had bought an LG wasing Mcahine from More Hypermarket at Thane Godbunder Road, and ater working out al the exchange offer, etc, th final EMI was calculated at Rs. 1098/month, at 0% interest. While this was getting processed I got a call from Bajaj Alliinze offering me an insurance cover on the loan, to which I declined.

But a month later I get a premium notice from Bajaja Allianze for the very same Insurance that I declined, demanding an amount of Rs. 2154.-, I tried calling them and even sending out emails to them, but all in vain. No one ever got back to us, and finally when someone did, they said they had not received any request for cancellation of the insurance and asked me to send one mor email to them and that they would get back in 24 hours, but that was yesterday noon, still there i no reponse.

To top it all today I checked my account the EMI deducted by them is Rs. 1299/- instead of Rs.1098/-, when I tried calling them about this issue, all I got a run around.

I never thought a company of the stature of Bajaj, would give their customer susch run around. Am completely exasperate and do not know what to do.

I atul gopal pahadi had taken a consumer loan for buying a lcd tv. That loans total outstanding were paid by me on 10-01 -2011. The amt paid wae rs. 7108 which was full and final. But still in this month my emi of rs. 1778 was cut from my acct on 05 02 2011. Please credit it to my aact again and see to it that hence forth no emi is deducted. Loan acct no is 639175.

i have purchase as lcd 26" from navrang electroworld, samrala chowk,ludhiana vide bill no 1391 dt 12.03.2010 for rs 21600.00. That much sum i got finaced from bajaj by paying 7600.00 in cash as 4 advance emi and rest money by monthly installment thru ecs fron sbp,ludhiana for rs 1694.00 pm.

By this i got lcs for rs 1694*12 = 20328.00

i signed application form on the faith of dealer, but now the ecs of rs 1694 are passed thru my bank 10 times and bajaj is claiming two more installment from me.

It means i have to pay 1694*12 = 20328 + 7600 (cash) = 27928.00 for lcd which is already for rs 21600.00

I have taken bike loan 4 years back and I have given 10 post dated cheques for my loan and it is clear in my bank but even though I got a message still I am due, since one year I am getting this messages and the No:18001215001 is getting all the time "please check the number you have dialed"

please issue me a letter stating which month cheque is not cleared and the cheque No. so that I will pay the amount. If you are unable to give those details how i can pay the amount ? and another thing for your 4 years dealy I asked to pay penalty which is highly objectionable and please don't prolong the case till elastic limit and don't make me annoyd to approach court of law/consumer forum

hi i m chetan i bought a second hand bajaj pulsar by bajaj finance seusing office. the NOC which i got while i bought my bike has lost some where so that i went to bajaj finance kasturba road opposite to cubbon park police station bangalore branch and asked for an other copy of NOC. for that in office the told me to pay some of 9000 rupees for NOC for that i did not agreed so that the person named JAI gave his cell no: +91 7483046759 to contact me at evening for NOC and took my number.

Dear Sir/Mam,

From last two months, Rs.1792 is detected from my account number 042401507819, ICICI bank, due to this my cheque got bounced, and fine is been claimed from me by bank.

And i am calling the helpdesk person contiunously from last one month and they are forwarding my calls to other team and the other team forwarding the calls to some other team and so on.

But the issue is not resolved.

So requesting the customer care manager to slove this issues on priority. Because we have a good experience through bajan finance from last 5 years and we bought many house holds through bajaj finance and felt satisfied, dont want to break relationship with by taking some serious action against you.
