I had the same experience with Fuletron India, those people will continue to proceed ecs cheque to our account on 5th of every month to make it bounce then only they will collect the money on 6th (but without our knowledge). This will makes our credit history poor. It just because they want to prove them self as good employee for their seniors and will collect ecs money to get incentives, they wont tech the customers correctly.
Visit the branch and explain the situation, don't use customer supper phone server or email service, those all just waste. If you can give any other bank account for ecs that would be better or find good solution from branch manager.
