    Hi Syed,

    I had the same experience with Fuletron India, those people will continue to proceed ecs cheque to our account on 5th of every month to make it bounce then only they will collect the money on 6th (but without our knowledge). This will makes our credit history poor. It just because they want to prove them self as good employee for their seniors and will collect ecs money to get incentives, they wont tech the customers correctly.

    Visit the branch and explain the situation, don't use customer supper phone server or email service, those all just waste. If you can give any other bank account for ecs that would be better or find good solution from branch manager.

    Hi,

    This has been an going issue with my both loan accounts, intially when i started the loan account I did maintain enough funds for ecs transfer however the amount was never debited from my bank account, collections team called me and informed that due to technical difficulties you guys are not able to debit the amount requested for cash payment to the collection executive which in turn i did promptly though the collection executives keep delaying the appointments and never turn on time, this went for close to 4-5 months then i did not got any response from the collection department and now with out my knowledge they have tried to perfrom an ecs transaction again since collection executive kept coming in and i was not informed about ecs i did not maintain any funds in the bank account hence the cheque was bounced and the penalty charges are added to my account and i do see that there are many late payment charges added to my account i always promptly gave money to collections excecutives , why are the late payment charged to my account ? why should i pay for your inconsisntent money recovery procedure, few months you send executive and few months with out my knowledge you try for ecs clearence.


    Never got responce for this query and more over it happened again, ideally they are suppose to debit the amount in the first week of every month, in month of May they have tried to perfrom ecs on 24th may.. iam pissed trying to contact them to get it fixed, please help.......... i dont want to end up paying latepayment,penalty charges unnecessary.. and it is also impacting my credit history.... please help

    Angry pathetic service from bajaj finance

    Hi my name is salman sayyed and I am from pune.. I bought an LG LCD 32 inches as well as a LG split Air condition from Vijay sales and went through bajaj finance.. Now the thing is as I told by the bajaj finance people that on every 5th of the month ECS will be deducted from the your account.. And I agreed for that.. I gave the same bank account information for both of the loan.. Then why only 1 ECS is getting deducted and for second one.. One of the person came to place which I really hate and he is asking for money.. On top of that I have to pay bounce back charge for the late payment.. Pathetic.. Why should I pay the amount when its not my fault.. I always have sufficient amount in my account.. And the customer service !!! I think they don't have sense how to speak with the customer.. I am facing this problem from last 3 months.. And if its still same then I will never ever buy anything from bajaj finance.. Useless service..
