Hi,
I have taken a loan to buy a AC, I have cleared all my loan amount and the setellment has been done, even i received the letter from the executive but still they are putting the cheaques for the loan emi twice a month and they are getting bounce every time. The loan status in my online account is also showing active. i have mailed many times but got no reply from the customer care. Please look into the issue i have been suffering from a long time, it has been a frustrating experience dealing with bajaj finance.
