I have been searching around for Customer Service for Bajaj Finance to get my loan foreclosed. No such thing exists.........Pethitic service

I bought one LCD tv on finance.The salesman and the finance executive told me the EMI is 883 only. but when the ECS started Bajaj finance withdrawn 964 as EMI. I asked the executive ,he told me he added the insurance also .I never asked the insurance,without knowing me he added the insurance , the sales persons are very irresponsible ,the service is very bad .

WRF to SF 655159 - CD Loan
I have bought a LDC TV in Viveks, Anna Nagar, Chennai in the month of February on a ECS way.
My EMI ends by the month of September itself. However, I could see Rs. 510/- has been deducted even this month on 2 installments (255+255, one on 5th & other is on 11th October).

Could you please clear this doubt, as why this is been deducted ?

on 17th Sept, i had gone Vijay Sales, Goregaon E, (HUB MAll), for enqry of TV 29 " videocon, n u r executives passed the loan without signatures n docs, now i hv changed my mind want to purchase a LCD from Chrome at no down payment, but i m not getting my finance cleared because of this. n they are not ready to cancel the approved loan also so that i can buy LCD from Chrome which i had to gift to my friend on B'day which is today i.e 25th Oct.

I bought a LCD and took finance from Bajaj Finance for which EMI was 4,550/- and I had taken a promise from the sales and finance that in case if i wish to stop some payment in a particular month i will be helaped accordingly, but this month when i asked those people to not deposit the cheque this month they delibrately did it and fined me, i don't mind the fine but i feel cheated. The finance co. guy is after me like i will run away with a 42 " LCd.

But from then I have sent several mails and also contacted customer care many times. But my issue is just not getting resolved. I dont know why and how such a company is surviving.

Sequence of events:

I bought a microwave oven from Milan Electronics 80 Feet Road Kanpur on 22 October 2010 on finance from Bajaj Finance.
On 30 November I received a letter from Bajaj Finance stating that they have awarded me a life cover policy of Rs. 100000 and charged me Rs. 1306. This policy I never asked for either in oral or in written
I sent a mail to wecare@bajajfinace.in on 30 November (the one below). But I was never replied.
On 6th Dec my first installment which was supposed to be Rs. 645 was debited as Rs. 739. A simple calculation shows that they have coverted the amount of Rs. 1306 into 14 installments.

Where can I receive help?

I have taken this matter very seriously and I am fed up of companies like yours who offer a product without OPTIN and then ask customers to OPTOUT in writing and that too in a stipulated period of time which is almost impossible.

My earnest request to you is to cancel my unsolicited policy No. 0128057222.

Sir,
I have bought Samsung LCD TV on 5.11.2010( Bill no. 10810000037582) from Vasanth & Co, Porur for loan. I was supposed to pay Rs.1167/- for 8 months( 0 % interest) as an EMI every month through ECS.
But this month(Dec 2010) they have deducted Rs.1333/- from my account. When I contacted the person incharge, through phone, he replied that they deducted the amount for some insurance for which I haven't given my consent. Kindly take severe action immediately to avoid this mistake to repeat for the next month. For your information, I dont want any life/medical insurance for me.
I hope that, things will be cleared within two days.
