Hi,
I have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine from Samsung Show Room at City Center 1,Salt Lake,Kolkata through Bajaj Finance.The Agreement No for the same is 4100CD00207447 and EMI of Rs 1328 is to be paid from me till next 10 months.
After taking this loan I got a call from Bajaj Finance asking me to take a Health Premium.First of all I accepted the offer but when I didn't get any hard copy for the Health Premium the very time they call me for the same I denied of taking the Loan.
It was ok.But after few days I can see that the Health Premium was added in my loan Account.And not only that they have started deducting money for the same even.
After making lots and lots of complain and writing mails to Bajaj Finance I didn't get any kind of response from Bajaj Finance.This is really rediculous.This is nothing but forcefully providing you a thing that you are not interested in and in addition to that no confirmation is being made after providing the same.
Can you please help me out.
