Dear sir/madam i am Mr Mukul Sunirmal Maity a CD loan holder from
bajaj finserv.My loan ac no is 4050cd0089780.
Your mail id i got from your collection department mumbai.My emi was
Rs 1247 pm for a refrigerator.But before one month it is Rs 3081.I
don,t know how.But when i had loge in your site then i see that you
have issue another loan that account no-4050CD00154348 emi Rs 1834.But
i want ask you that when i have not apply for loan how people issue
the loan to the dealers with out any verification from me?
I also called many time to your customer care & also send many mail
to we care from 17th june 2011.They also send me
sr no 1843492.But they don't take any action or any call to me.Now i
have cancel the emi facility from my bank account then you
people calling me pay emi.It is my faithfully request to you please
solve this problem.If you don't take any action then i have to
go to consumer court.
so i expect a good & solved response from your side
