My Car loan EMI is not getting deducted for the last 2 months. When I purchased my car 2 years back the personnel from APRA motors facilitated the transaction and I currently do not remember the loan a/c no. I know that the loan got processed from some branch at CP but later I came to know that there are 3-4 branches there.

I have called up the customer service and many other nos. provided by them but none of them were ready to help me.

Can someone help me in knowing how I can get the details.
