I Mr. Kapil Sharma have availed a personal loan from your bank in 2008.

It been almost 3 years that I am paying my monthly instalments regularly through ECS. I have defaulated on previous 2 months due to the fault of my bank ICICI through which the ECS is cleared.

Today suddenly I get a call from your person who started abusing me in the worse of words that he could use. I changed my residence 2 years back but the same was not intimated to your bank as the payments were in order and I could go throught the process as I am working and except for Sundays I don’t have a holiday.

Also as the payments were in order I didn’t feel the need to do it.
The outstandings will be cleared by next 2 months (2 instalments in each of the next 2 months) that’s my promise, but I would request you to please take strictest of action against this person as we are respectable people and don’t like some one whom we don’t know abuse on my family.
