Dear Sir,

I have never been a barclays customer however i and my wife has been harassed by Barclays finance in regards to some loan defaulter who used to work in her previous company. We are no way related to the person and have no contact with the person whatsoever, and we have explained this time and again to the barlcays executives since my wife left the previous company. However we are still receiving calls and the words are very abusive. We have called up Barclays customer compaint department and registered a complaint on the same. The person calling us is Ms. Shweta Menon and Ms. Neha from Barclays Finance Bank, Near Shiv Mahal Hotel, Mulund West. Our family has been going through a huge mental stress due to this especially during a time we are preparing for a new arrival in our family. I would sincerely request you to please stop this act at the earliest, failing which i would be forced to take a legal action of mental harassment to my family and especially to my wife at this crucial time.
