I have applied for a home loan in Ind-bulls Home Loan through its staff Mr. Wasim (Mob: 9716868270 although he submitted my application form and left Indiabulls). Later on Mr. Manvir (Mob: 9958741334) has started taking care of my application. It has approved my home loan and encashed my cheque worth Rs.5510.00 which was meant for processing fee. When I visited its Lajpat Nagar - II offifce, I came to know that the project for which I applied homeloan is not approved. This is utter nonsense. This Ibulls has not given me back the above amount of Rs. 5510/- and it has cleverly grabbed my hard-earned money. They are into such practice for a long time. One day Mr. Manoj Sharma of its Gurgaon office (Tel: 0124 3081452) has enquired about my case but no assurance has still been given. Once again to my utter surprise, Mr. Sharma has suggested me to go for other property without knowing that I have already booked a particular property and I have already given a 10% booking amount of about Rs. 1 lac 60 thousand in advance. Backing out of this property means forfeiture of booking amount.

Please do not believe in such big corporate names. They are nothing but traitors. Can anybody help me !

i am having same kind of problem with india bulls ,they are really cheaters. I am going to move to consumer court. I request you all people who are having problem with india bull should also go to consumer court. & demand for yor amount + interest +expenses for moving court which i am going to do .
