The Housing loan certificate in any MNC as one might think would take less than a minute to process. I have experienced the same with HDFC. But at Bank of Baroda, it takes full day at least. Pathetic. The ad campaign of being projecting itself as service sensitive bank is fake. Its not reaching to the old age service personals of the Branch. Then why do you need an application and stuff like that is not understandable at all.
